Sent an inquiry through email. Called and emailed back within an hour. Set up an appointment to look at a lift chair. Two days technician was out to assess the issue. Turned out to be remote. They called me later that day and informed me I could find part on amazon. Professional, quick, fair and excellent. Will not hesitate to use again.
