What an awesome experience. I took my mom to Midwest Mobility to check out an mobile wheelchair to rent. She is going into assisted care and I wanted her to be as independent as possible, rather than depending on others to wheel her around. She was like a kid in a candy store. She checked out a few devices on their in store track, and only took 15 minutes to be able to handle the joystick. Mom is 86. Then I noticed the price of the used device and thought it was more affordable that I had past thought. Chris and Jeff were more than helpful and patient. Showed us lessons on safety, charging, taking it apart….sooo easy. We purchased the chair and service plan. In assisted care, I have not seen mom so happy in years. She is at breakfast before 8am and scooters wherever she wants to go, by herself, on her own timeline. Thank you Midwest Mobility
