Geoff went beyond the call of duty to help me! I had been looking for days for a certain type of scooter! No one had it in stock except for Midwest Mobility! When he told me that over the phone I cried! I had called or emailed at least a 100 places across the USA and they honestly were the only ones who had it in stock! The best thing was it was in Illinois and that’s where we are from so he let me put down a deposit over the phone and my husband and I road-trip to Chicagoland 3 hours away to pick it up! Geoff made me the happiest person on the planet! He is amazing! I could give him 10 stars if it was possible! Down to earth and a very strong passion to help people in their time of need! Above and beyond the call of duty! Customer service like no other! That’s a huge thing for me because I worked retail management all my life until I became disabled and I’m all about customer service! I won awards for it! So in a nutshell if I could give out an award for customer service he would definitely deserve it! Thank you again for all did for us!
