Just an overall awesome experience. Responsive, reasonable, delivered a perfect rental chair that to me seemed entirely brand new. And this is the only place that has chairs that offer zero gravity. Even if you don’t want zero gravity you have way more movement and options than a 3 position chair. We barely used the standup feature and still found it to be the most comfortable recliner ever. Recommend without hesitation. Wish more companies operated like these guys.
