The in-home repair service is a lifesaver if, like me, you cannot load your wheelchair into the car yourself. Their lead technician, Andre, is very knowledgeable about the equipment and patient explaining what’s wrong (and answering my many questions). The owner, Geoff, goes out of his way to accommodate you if replacement is the best option.
