Moses, Andre, and Taha…thank you. I was trapped in my lift/reclining chair for several days. I called a service to have the chair fixed. The repairing required ordering parts. With no knowledge of what the parts might cost, how long it will take to receive them, and another service call, I started looking for a new chair. I spoke with Moses, December 10, he worked diligently to get me a chair as soon as possible. Today is the 12th of December and I am relaxing, enjoying my new chair, the Golden Cloud Plus. The delivery team, Andre and Taha, were wonderful. They came in and assembled my chair. They were polite, courteous, and professional. Golden Technologies, thank you. Midwest Mobility, thank you.
