Contacted Moses, the manager and explained that my 98 year old mother in law’s Jazzy Elete select mobile chair needed new batteries. He clearly explained how his service department could come out the next day and quoted me a firm price. I was able to prepay for the work. His service technician Andres and an assistant showed up as promised and quickly and pleasantly did the work and made my in law very happy. Everyone was just fantastic. Thank you!
