Geoff was absolutely amazing! We reached out to Midwest Mobility when I was helping to care for my elderly aunt. After a fall, her condition deteriorated quickly but she was determined in her resolve to stay home. Geoff understood all the options, he helped us decide what was best for Auntie & also told us options for short term or long term planning. He personally delivered the hospital bed & lift the next day because he understood the urgency of our situation.
