This business is top-notched. I have not had a better experience in receiving services from a business for any type service.
Initially, I contacted another company, but decided not to use them as they said they could not bring the scooter up to my apartment, even though could have used the elevator to bring it up. But when I called Midwest Mobility they had no hesitation on bringing the scooter to my apartment, as at the time, is no way I could have gone downstairs to get it myself nor had anyone who could have brought it up for me.
From Cris who set up my account, to Andre who delivered the scooter and went over how to use it and answered any questions I had, from Jeff who picked it up when I returned it, exactly when he said he would, all involved were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. A very well run business, in every way and the employees are the best.
