I acquired a used scooter elsewhere and went to Midwest Mobility to purchase a new battery. When I got home, I discovered that the scooter ran very slow when driving forward. Jeff, at Mobility, arranged for less-than 24-hour, onsite repair. A most-pleasant Brian did the repair. I’m a very happy camper!
